Presenter Layout

Under Presenter Layout, you can choose how participants will view your shared content:

  • Content only – participants see only the shared content, with participants’ video tiles displayed above.
  • As background – Your video appears in front of the shared content.
  • Over the shoulder – Your video appears in a smaller frame in the corner of the shared content.
  • Side by side – The speaker’s video appears next to the shared content.

The preview at the top of the Presenter Layout section shows you how your selection will appear to participants.

Share Options

Below the Presenter Layout options are additional sharing settings:

  • Share sound – Enables participants to hear audio from shared videos or applications.
  • Optimize for video sharing – Improves playback quality when sharing video clips. Select again to disable once you have finished sharing videos.
  • Share Zoom windows – Shares the Zoom application window. This is useful when demonstrating how to use Zoom. If not selected, participants will see only the shared content without the Zoom interface.
