Once you have filled in all the information in each of the three sections (Details, Content and Pricing / Rights and Publishing), click the yellow Publish button at the bottom of the page.

If there is any necessary information missing, Amazon will show you an error message and you will not be able to continue.
For example:

If everything has been filled out correctly, a pop up will confirm that your book has been submitted.

Note that it can take up to 72 hours for Amazon to review your book. Your book will not be available on the marketplace until the review process is completed. 

If your book is rejected, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to proceed.
