After your workshop, take time to reflect on the session. Consider the following questions:
- What went well?
- What could be improved next time?
- Were your timings accurate? Did certain explanations / activities / discussions need more or less time than you thought?
- Did the activities help participants meet the learning objective as effectively as you thought they would?
- What changes could help make the session more efficient or engaging next time?
Be open to constructive criticism and use it to improve your workshop for the next session. Reflect on the feedback you are given and identify specific actions you can take to help improve your workshop.
